Today we enjoyed an Excelling with Pressure workshop with Carlos from HIP Psychology. Excellent advice for children on how to deal with pressure. Lots of interactive activities showing the importance of self talk, breathing techniques, believing in ourselves, dealing with anxiety or worries and following the steps to success.
