Infant Nativity Amazing Performances
On Wednesday 12th December 2018 we were treated to a fabulous school Nativity show with our Year 1, Year 2 and Year 3 children performing in front of a packed assembly hall. Mrs Conway's class told the story of the Nativity with angels, stars, wise men, donkeys, sheep as well as Mary, Joseph and of course baby Jesus! The children were fantastic and it was clear to see that many hours of hard work had gone into preparing the show. Miss Hutchinson's Year 2 children told the story of the snowman and the sun. Thankfully no snow men melted as a result! Mrs Probst's Year 3's performance was full of song, dance and a brussel sprout!
During the finale we enjoyed singing a few familiar Christmas songs. Thanks to our children and staff for their hard work in preparing for the show, to our Parents' Association for refreshments and to Mr Darren Gardiner (LSFX, Lola's dad!) for the amazing lights, sound and background scenery. It really was a real team Irish Society's PS family effort.
